YOU CLAIM TO PROVIDE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE TO YOUR CLIENTS, DOES THIS MEAN I GET A REFUND?

We do not provide refunds. Designers design the logos based on the information given by a client. You may be granted extra revisions if your package does not include them, but it depends on the situation, which means we will continue improving your logo until you are fully satisfied without any additional charges. We also make sure that clients are satisfied with their final logo. Once we have sent the initial concepts we are unable to provide refunds because the concepts can then be used, as they have already been released to the client.
